A referral is a warm introduction that results in a meeting with an insurance carrier or service provider.
You can send referrals via:

- Scanning the QR code provided in program materials
VIP Software will reach out to the referred contact and schedule an introductory meeting. Once a meeting occurs, you receive 100 invoice credits. If that referral converts into an active client, you receive 1,000 invoice credits.
Invoice credits are applied directly to your monthly billing.

No. Referrals can be made to either carriers or service providers. Credits apply in both cases, as long as the referral results in a meeting or a signed contract.
Yes. Your Customer Success Manager can provide updates, and future releases of the VIP Resource Center will include real-time referral tracking.
Credits are applied at the end of each billing cycle after referral activity is verified (i.e., a meeting took place or a contract was signed).
