VIP · Cohort 3
We built Cohort 3 around what you told us: one front door for every partner, one login across carriers, and a review record a carrier can stand behind.
Claims Command · for carriers
Every vendor bill on a claim — counsel, independent adjusters, experts, appraisers — goes through one review. A named reviewer accepts, modifies, rejects or defers each finding with a reason. A manager releases. The record is time-stamped and append-only.
The rules engine flags lines and proposes an amount. It never applies one. Run Claims Command beside your current bill-review vendor and compare line by line, switch one program, or let a contract lapse. Your call, on your own data.
Law firms join the cohort
Law firms join Cohort 3. Bar and COI on file once, matters and invoices under one login. Submit LEDES 1998B, 1998BI or 2000 the way you already bill, and land in the carrier's queue. Counsel joins a matter in a viewer-only Claim Room. Legal e-billing inside Claims Command, with attorney rate cards locked to the matter and matter budgets with supervisor review, rolls out to Cohort 3 carriers next.

CAT readiness on VIP Network
Set up once at vipsoftware.com/partners. One login that every carrier links to. COI, license, W-9 and certifications entered once, visible to every linked carrier, with 30-day expiry warnings. Your own adjusters and staff added and granted carrier access by you, not the carrier's help desk. First invoice the day you're activated, through the wizard or a bulk CSV.
rateIQ™
Every benchmark carries its source and refresh date, and publishes only when enough firms contribute to keep each one anonymous.
Your fee structure against the market, desk and field.
The fee picture for every state you deploy into, side by side.
A carrier quote from your own rates in minutes, not a spreadsheet afternoon.
Every invoice and payment in one place. A shareable Wallet Pulse so you're on the roster before the event is named.
You asked, we changed
The data was good; the product asked people to admire it instead of use it. Members said so, clearly.
