Accounts Executive

VIP Software is looking for a driven and results-oriented Account Executive to help accelerate our growth. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from qualified opportunity through close, while helping insurance organizations modernize and streamline their operations through our software solutions.

This is an opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, solving business challenges, and exceeding goals in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the full sales cycle from discovery through contract execution.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and solution presentations.
  • Understand customer business objectives and align VIP Software solutions to their needs.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline within HubSpot CRM.
  • Collaborate with Sales Development, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams.
  • Prepare proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of B2B software sales experience.
  • Proven track record of quota attainment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Experience in insurance or financial services is an asset.
