About the Role

VIP Software is looking for a customer-focused Support Representative to help our clients get the most value from our software solutions. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving problems, helping customers succeed, and working in a collaborative environment.

You will work directly with customers to troubleshoot issues, answer questions, and provide exceptional service that strengthens long-term customer relationships.

What You'll Do

  • Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and support tickets.
  • Troubleshoot software issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
  • Document customer interactions and solutions.
  • Assist with customer onboarding and training activities.
  • Contribute to knowledge base articles and support documentation.
  • Help identify recurring issues and recommend improvements.
