About the Role

VIP Software is seeking a highly organized and analytical Sales Operations Specialist to support our growing revenue organization. This role will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Leadership to improve processes, enhance reporting, maintain CRM data integrity, and drive operational excellence.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and maintain CRM data quality and reporting.
  • Support sales forecasting and pipeline management activities.
  • Build dashboards and performance reporting for leadership.
  • Assist with lead management and territory planning.
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and efficiency.
  • Support compensation tracking and commission reporting.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on lead flow and attribution.
  • Help implement and optimize sales tools and technology.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Advanced Excel and reporting capabilities.
  • Attention to detail and process-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple departments.
  • Experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or Analytics is preferred.
