Law firms, service providers, IA firms and independent adjusters sign up once through their persona door. Organization kind is preselected and can be changed. Registration alone does not grant access to a carrier.
A named person accepts a carrier invitation before the organization is linked. Vendors switch between their linked carriers; each carrier sees only its own work.
Law firms work in Legal e-billing. Service providers, adjusting firms and solo adjusters work in Invoice Operations. The persona door changes the introduction, not the permissions.
Law firms view their linked-carrier matters, budgets and invoices; LEDES invoices are reviewed against that carrier’s guidelines.
The law firm manages its staff and per-carrier grants, shared credentials and Firm Pro plan through Your organization.
