Invite a named vendor contact, manage one-time links and control your carrier’s access. Part of VIP Cohort 3, documented in the October 19–20, 2026 build. Access depends on the carrier’s invitation and enabled features.
In Claims Command → Vendors → Vendor network, choose a directory vendor, contact name, email and role. Add the vendor to the directory first if missing; Admin is the first contact role for managing vendor staff.
Copy the invitation link when it appears: it is shown once, bound to the named email and expires in 14 days. The carrier contact copies and shares it; the link is not automatically emailed by this workflow.
Resend invalidates the old link and creates a new one. Revoke cancels an invitation. Accepting changes invited to accepted and adds the organization to Linked vendors.
End access removes every person at that vendor from your carrier, not their other carriers or organization account. Re-invite creates a fresh invitation; acceptance restores access only for that named person. Their administrator must grant other staff access again.
