Keep insurance, licenses and other credentials once for your linked carriers. Part of VIP Cohort 3, documented in the October 19–20, 2026 build. Access depends on the carrier’s invitation and enabled features.
Record W-9 on file, insurance, license, bar admission and certification with holder, jurisdiction, reference number and expiry date. Every linked carrier can read these credentials.
Carrier credential views flag expired records and those expiring within 30 days. These flags are a follow-up cue, not automatic credential verification.
Tax IDs are not allowed in network credentials. They remain on the carrier’s own vendor record.
Vendor administrators control their own staff and grant access carrier by carrier.
Review reported team and service coverage by geography without implying current availability or assignment acceptance.
Publish reported availability and review demand signals without promising assignments, utilization, or deployment timing.
Organize submitted license information for review while preserving source, status, and jurisdiction caveats.
Document team preparedness across licensing, capacity, leadership, systems, and deployment practices before CAT demand peaks.
Present adjusting, restoration, inspection, engineering, and specialist services for governed Network discovery.
Sign up once, accept each carrier’s invitation and work within that carrier’s permissions.
